I gotta be honest, I got this because I don't really understand what it is. I mean, obviously it's a compact and refill. This is the compact. So how is it a loose powder? Doesn't that seem tiny for a loose powder? And messy? It's a little refill. Why didn't this already come filled? Like why am I refilling it when this is my first? I don't think this is going well.
