Hi everyone, Black Matter here and today I wanted to mention that I actually can't review this particular product because I ordered a refill cartridge without knowing, but I will mention that it is from Surratt. I know you can't really see it, it's super dark on the packaging, but it is the Expressioniste Brow Pencil Refill Cartridge. It looks like this. I couldn't even open it to be honest. I've been trying for the past hour and the cap won't come out, but I believe that this goes on to the original packaging that it comes with when you buy the full set and it is a cool tiny little guy that you can change in and out, so I think that helps in a sustainable way. Okay guys, this is my favorite everyday eyebrow pencil. It has a super fine tip which I love because you can create hair-like strokes I just use this to outline my brows on top and at the bottom and then create hair-like strokes in the front It also comes with a really firm and small spoolie. So I use it to brush out my brows and ta-da That is it. Super simple quick brows

Hello everyone, so today I was going to review the Expressionist Brow Pencil Refill. Looks like this. The brand, I'm actually not sure how you pronounce it, but anyway. So they sent it to me in this little travel size. Looks a little tented, but that's because I've been trying so hard to get it open the last few days. I thought it was the kind that you just pull off, fill in your brows. I think there's supposed to be a second piece that goes in the bottom of this and you twist it and fill in your brows. I was not given the second piece. After looking at reviews, I think that's how it works. So I was not able to try this out because I can't get it open. The product looks really good from other reviews, but I did not get the chance to try it out for myself. So don't have a scale, don't have a rating, but I would just try it for yourself and see what you think.

Giving this a 10 out of 10. This is from Surat Beauty and it's a brow pomade. It's really soft and conditioning and it leaves my eyebrows looking natural. The brush is really soft so it doesn't feel like it's scratching my skin and it gives me an overall natural look where my brows are fuller and brushed. They stay in the direction that I brushed them in without the hard wax feeling that I've gotten from other brands. Definitely recommend. It's a super good product. Try it out.
