Surratt Beauty Lid Lacquer in shade Cool Ketchup. Let's give it a try. Okay, very creamy, easy to blend, not shimmery but very sheer and as you can see it is definitely buildable. Very easy to clean with. I like it very much. I think I can definitely play around with it. Add some black for a more smoky look and it'll look amazing.
