Hey, so today I'm going to be demoing the SB2 straightener by Sutra. I had a Sutra straightener from like 10 years ago and it just started to not work as well, like not heat as fast, but it lasted forever. So I think that's a good thing about the brand itself. But I've been super happy since I bought this. So yesterday I straightened my hair, but I typically like to have a little bit of wave to it. So I'm showing you how to use it or how I use it to just give it a little bit of like loose wave. It works really fast. It heats up super fast and it doesn't pull on any of your hair. So it just glides right through, which is awesome. And that shows you in less than a minute, because we're on a timer, how you can just get like a subtle wave really quickly.

From a girl to another girl who has damaged hair. My hair is damaged chemically because I am bleaching my hair every month and hair straightener is not an option for me until this baby came to the market. It's infrared flat iron. It has titanium rose gold plates. It heats up to 450 degrees. It has a swivel cord and you can manage the heat by using those two buttons up and down. You don't need the maximum heat to actually straighten your hair. So keep that in mind. Very important thing. You have to have dry hair to style your hair. Look at this look. I haven't had this look for such a long time because I always wanted to keep my hair safe and not as damaged. So today I have the option.

So I actually just woke up and realized that my flip package was here and I like can't wait to test out this straightener. Full transparency, I have not used a straightener in probably two years at this point. I've completely gone to blowing out my hair and so when I saw this was available on Flip, I jumped to grab it. I definitely don't recommend using straighteners on a regular basis as it will damage your hair but I can't believe I've been going two years without even having one accessible to me. So what I want to do is just kind of test it out. I've set it at 340 and I want to see what one passing will do to my hair. I've prepped my hair with some heat protectant and I'm just going to be straightening this one piece. The straightener is all heated so now I'm just going to... So in one swipe it definitely straightened it and it was only at 340. That was an 8 out of 10. Stay tuned for my whole head.
