Here are some reasons why I love dandelion tea. It is so nourishing for your body. It actually helps detoxify your liver, your kidneys, it supports your gallbladder, it's anti-inflammatory, it is acid-free, it actually provides relief for indigestion and heartburn, it helps detoxify your body, it's a mild diuretic. I always always always follow it with a whole glass of water just to help flush out everything that's pulling out of your liver and kidneys. It is a little bit bitter. I do recommend having it with a little bit of like maple syrup or a little bit of honey, something to like cut the bitterness. I make it into an oat milk latte and specifically around my ovulation phase and my luteal phase, so like the second half of my cycle, it really helps me to relieve PMS symptoms. It's a must-have for me, especially about time of the month.

I love drinking coffee, but I don't love the caffeine jitters and I hate the crash afterwards. I just feel like it's not worth the anxiety. It's really mild. What are the ingredients? It's got carob and barley and chicory dates, figs, a little bit of like a vanilla kind of flavor, but it's really mild. It's actually really dark. So it has that like depth. If you really like coffee, but you don't want the caffeine. So it's acid free, caffeine free, prebiotic. Honestly, the acid free is almost the most important part. Second to caffeine free. So I tried this at a different grocery store. I saw it on Flip and I was like, yep. So this lives in my cabinet now and I'm obsessed.
