Here's the magic of Ticino. It's a really hearty tea so if you like the ritual of like coffee but are trying to cut back on the caffeine or just for me I just needed less acid to be honest so this is like acid free, caffeine free, it's also a prebiotic. I will always choose hazelnut creamer if it's like between French vanilla or hazelnut and I have like three left in here. Also they're not a 1% for the Planet Company that I know of but they do have other partners which for me is pretty much the same thing. So if you've seen this documentary you know what I'm talking about if not I totally recommend it. I am a huge fan of the Regeneration of Earth projects and yeah hazelnut honestly I would choose this over vanilla nut and this is just a totally different category but number one. Number two...

I love drinking coffee, but I don't love the caffeine jitters and I hate the crash afterwards. I just feel like it's not worth the anxiety. Needless to say, I'm a huge fan of this brand. I'll talk about the vanilla nut today. I was looking for something besides coffee. My body was just done with all the caffeine, but I love the morning ritual of doing like a, I do it like an oat milk latte. So I froth some oat milk. The vanilla nut is perfect for me. It's really mild. What are the ingredients? It's got carob and barley and chicory dates, figs, a little bit of like a vanilla kind of flavor, but it's really mild. It's actually really dark. So it has that like depth. If you really like coffee, but you don't want the caffeine. So it's acid free, caffeine free, prebiotic. Honestly, the acid free is almost the most important part. Second to caffeine free. So I tried this at a different grocery store. I saw it on Flip and I was like, yep. So this lives in my cabinet now and I'm obsessed.
