After you use a dot of the nail cuticle remover, you use these and wipe off your nail plate with alcohol. And now your nails are ready to be painted.

This is made in Germany, stainless steel and it has a protective coating on it that is supposed to repel dirt and bacteria. This is very durable and very high quality.
