This knife is excellent. I highly recommend it. I got this and I got the butcher knife. I haven't used that one yet. Look at this. Slices it right in half. Beautiful. I love this Dynasty Series Chef knife from the Cooking Guild. It is really cool to look at but it's not just beautiful. This sucker cut like butter. I use it on my rib eyes and I also use it on some ribs and it literally just cut through that meat like it was a pad of butter. 10 out of 10 recommend. I'm definitely getting the other knives in the set.

Alright, let's talk about this hand forged Japanese steel knife. I'm cutting a sweet potato, which we all know is super hard. Yeah, no, this is just cutting through it like a hot knife through butter. Wow, I am super impressed actually. Um, yeah, it's sharp.
