I love this Dynasty Series Chef knife from the Cooking Guild. It is really cool to look at but it's not just beautiful. This sucker cut like butter. I use it on my rib eyes and I also use it on some ribs and it literally just cut through that meat like it was a pad of butter. 10 out of 10 recommend. I'm definitely getting the other knives in the set.
