Okay, this is the hand forged knife. Let's check it out. Alright, so we just pulled out the 5 inch hand forged knife. Now if you'll notice, it looks like it's a little greasy. It's got oil on it. So the reason why it has it up there is because it's super important to use good cooking oil or mineral oil on carbon steel and especially on hand forged blades just to be able to protect against corrosion and just the breakdown of the knife and the steel material and things like that. So absolutely beautiful product. I'm going to get this cleaned up and wiped off real quick so you guys can get a better idea what it looks like. But it looks super, super sharp. Absolutely love the design and everything and definitely can't wait to add this to my blog.
