Okay so I finally got a cleaver knife and I decided to get it on flip since I saw so many reviews on the app about this brand called the Cooking Guild and I'm here to give my honest review on it. So I have a very solid sentoku knife for everyday regular cooking that I also got from the Cooking Guild but sometimes you have to cut things that your regular knife just can't handle and a cleaver knife is perfect for those heavy duty stuff. I cook a lot of pork belly, whether it's braised, baked, air fried, deep fried, which is big fans of pork belly in the family and with a regular cooking knife I always struggle to get the pieces right. However, this knife made my life so much easier the past weekend when cooking my version of caramel pork. Every cut was so smooth and clean with such minimal effort. For someone that does cooking for a living, I know first hand that good quality cooking knives can get really expensive but in my opinion, this cleaver knife is a good affordable sturdy option for anyone who's interested in getting a cleaver knife. I hope this review was helpful and on that note, I'll be enjoying my caramel pork.

Okay, this is a very different flip than I normally get, but I'm gonna surprise my husband with it. And it's a new kitchen knife, actual Japanese steel. Look at this thing. I'm gonna try to take it out. It looks so fun. So we haven't gotten new kitchen knives since we got married like 12 years ago. They came with care instructions, which I really appreciate because this is supposed to be a really nice steel, and I do not wanna ruin it. So I'm gonna surprise him with it, but I am so excited to use this, and I love that Flip added kitchen tools.

Hello my friends, I just got this Dynasty series Serbian cleaver and I wanted to play around with it So I decided to make pico de gallo. So I'm using plum tomatoes I used about four of them for this and I like to do equal part tomato and white onion Some jalapenos two jalapenos. I took out the ribs and the seeds But if you like a little extra spice in your life, you could leave them in I put cilantro and just a ton of limes like taste it If you want a little more acid add some more. I put a drizzle of olive oil and a little drizzle of hot honey I don't know if that's traditional but I did it It just like rounded everything out and it gave it a way better mouthfeel This knife is ridiculous. It's so sharp and it just immediately made me want to start working on my knife skills I'm just a home chef who enjoys cooking, you know, when you go to culinary school, they teach you those pristine knife skills I should teach myself

Oh my god, hi! I've been having an obsession with peaches. Um, yeah, like eating at least one per day. Let me show you my peach cutting routine. I use this absolutely badass Nomad Cooking Guild to cut my peaches all around the pit. I then gather my slices with my Nomad Cooking Guild and toss them into my favorite bowl and then sprinkle some tahini on top. This is literally the perfect pick-me-up snack for the summer. So go get you some peaches before they're out of season. Okay? Okay.

I thought I would show how this knife cuts on a couple other vegetables. So here I'm chopping a zucchini which is softer but it does go right through it and I had a couple comments on my last video. I'm worried about my fingers but I can tell you that I still have all my fingers and this is with carrots which was you know a tougher vegetable to chop but it still went right through and I'm still good. Maybe I'm not the best at holding a knife but I love it.

in the knife game I got the most amazing slash scary knife and it came right before lunch and I'm about to chop some vegetables so let's see how it does. Okay so this is for my salad so first I'm gonna see how it does on this tempeh. Oh my god. Wow. Okay so this is just some tempeh from Trader Joe's and it just cut right through it. That's amazing. I'm gonna slice. I like don't even have to saw it like it just kind of chops through. I don't have nice knives and this is amazing and it's so beautiful. Look at the handle. Anyway I can't wait to cook with this. I love cooking.
