I got this cleaver knife from the cooking guild and here is my honest review. First of all, this knife is very sharp and I'm not going to lie to you, I was a little scared of using it. You always need to have a sharp knife in the kitchen and although it is expensive, I think that it's definitely worth the price. I tested this knife by cutting jicama and it got the job done pretty well. I know that your main concern is if it will rust and the answer is no but only if you take care of it properly. As soon as you're done using the knife, make sure that you wash it and dry it immediately. Once you're done drying it, add a little bit of oil and if you do this, your knife will not rust.
