I've noticed if I take these at night time, not take them but put them on at night time, I'm more relaxed. I sleep a lot better too and it gets you in the mood. I recently sprained my ankle so I thought I would pick up these Good Patch Relief patches. Alright, let me put you on because I don't think that the good patches talked about enough. These are their Think patches. They're made with caffeine, yerba mate, bacopa, and lion's mane. I used one yesterday, as you can see, and I put it on my arm and it stayed all day, even through the sweat of the weather that we had yesterday. Good morning! I believe it's more like 2pm, but I haven't exactly like started my day yet. I tried. I took an Adderall as soon as I woke up, which I only do on days where I want to like be productive. I don't take them every day. Kind of kicked in, I guess?
