So I tried out the Be Awake patches this afternoon and they look like this. They kind of smell a little weird and it left a small stain on my wrist too. Overall, I didn't really notice a difference so if I were you, I would pass on these.

I got them because I do have anxiety so I wanted to see if it made a difference. However, I don't feel like it has. If anything, I feel like exercising makes more of a difference when it comes to my stress and anxiety. So unfortunately I would have to give these a thumbs down.
