Hi guys! I'm about to go to sleep, but I remembered that I ordered these dream patches from The Good Patch. They came in my flip yesterday, so I figured I would try them tonight and then let you know in the morning if they actually did anything or not. So, what I did was I put it on my wrist. It says you can use it on any venous area. And they have melatonin and a bunch of other natural ingredients in them, and it's just supposed to provide a better quality of sleep. So, we're gonna go to sleep soon and update in the morning on if I think it works or not. Okay, so it is the next morning. I haven't taken this off yet. I slept like almost 10 hours, which is a little bit crazy. I did wake up a few times in the middle of the night, but I feel like this patch made me so, like, drowsy that it was so easy to fall back asleep. So, I'm definitely gonna wear these whenever I feel like I have trouble sleeping or anything like that. I definitely recommend them.

I slept so well, so incredibly well, that I actually slept through my alarm.
