Okay, a patch that you can put onto your skin to get rid of period cramps and backaches and all of that discomfort that comes that time of the month. Okay, I have used two of these so far. This is the period patch from the Good Patch brand and these have hemp in them too. So these have hemp, black cohosh, and I believe black pepper too.
