Okay, a patch that you can put onto your skin to get rid of period cramps and backaches and all of that discomfort that comes that time of the month. Okay, I have used two of these so far. This is the period patch from the Good Patch brand and these have hemp in them too. So these have hemp, black cohosh, and I believe black pepper too. I was at the point of my period where it's starting to not be as painful but I had some very discomfort, like a lot of discomfort and having a backache. I put one of these on the front and then another one on my tailbone and within 30 minutes I actually did notice a difference and I noticed a difference like in my skin. I also drink like red raspberry leaf tea and things like that during my period but this did make a difference with my back pain and any sort of discomfort I had and the cramping. I have been traveling and of course I started my period but thankfully I remembered to pack my good patch period patches. I wore these for the first two days which are typically my most painful days and I honestly was surprised at how much of a difference I noticed. Not only did I have less pain but I feel like I was in a much better mood than I normally am. I will say it did not take away my pain 100% but it did definitely dull it down and made it so it was not nearly as noticeable. I absolutely will continue to use these because I was impressed.

I only needed to use two of my four patches last month so this month I'm going to use the other two.
