So I tried out the Be Awake patches this afternoon and they look like this. They kind of smell a little weird and it left a small stain on my wrist too. Overall, I didn't really notice a difference so if I were you, I would pass on these.

I often find myself in afternoon slumps. Today I'm going to try the B12 awake patches by the good patch. It has green tea, caffeine, and B12 in it to give you a boost. You want to apply it to your inner wrists and clean dry skin. It sticks very well. Even with all the movements you do with your wrists, it is not coming off.
