Okay, so you guys know I had to go out and get the Humble Co. Tongue Scraper, which I've been hearing a lot about. I've been seeing a lot of people using it. It's been very great reviews on it, but there is two that come in the pack and it shows that it is 100% stainless steel, which is really great because as we know anything that is fake steel will just turn colors. I don't want that for anything that goes into our mouths. Apart from this, frequent use will spruce up your taste buds and minimize the bacteria buildup on your tongue.

I got the tongue scrapers too. It was part of the free gifts however I will definitely repurchase it for family and friends even as a stocking stuffer it's definitely that tool. I would say it's self-explanatory it's not that hard to use you'd use it after your regular oral routine brush, floss, scrape, rinse and then to clean your scraper you just clean it off with antibacterial soap and water and pat it dry till the next time. Fun fact did you know you're supposed to be brushing your teeth for at least 60 to 90 seconds? How long are you brushing your teeth for?
