Today I'm testing out if this only bean pasta is as good as people say. First thing right off the bat just looking at the box I am very impressed with the macros especially the protein. It is almost double than all of the other gluten-free pastas. Always cook in salted boiling water. Ready in just five minutes. That is true. It is done. Let's try it. I can definitely smell and taste the edamame which is not a bad thing for me. Texture is different. Try with this sauce. The only bean edamame spaghetti with basil mint pesto. Definitely does not replace traditional pasta for me but I think it's a great alternative for anyone looking for vegan gluten-free and high protein pasta.

The perfect way to add extra protein to your diet is the only bean edamame spaghetti, which has 44 grams of protein in each serving. Today I'm making a tomato and coconut pasta with veggies and salmon. I put the salmon in the air fryer and I boil my water to cook the spaghetti. Once the water is boiling, I cook the pasta for about three to four minutes to my liking, strain it, run it in cold water, and plate. Now I'm cooking the veggies and I put my tomato sauce in it and I have a little splash of coconut milk. Now it's plating time, get my salmon out, pour myself a drink, and voila, a clean, mean meal with extra protein. Taste test, chef's kiss, and I had my boyfriend try it and the verdict is good.
