Okay, let's talk about this eyeshadow primer from the balm. It is a beautiful color. It's neutral. It matches my exact skin tone. It's very very creamy and it's very easy to apply. I just applied it to this eye and putting the shadows over really was not that bad. I highly recommend if you do use this put it on and wait a little bit because I mean it is very sticky but wait a little bit so it kind of dries, but it's still tacky if that makes sense, but I really really like this.
