The Balm was one of my first, like, favorite makeup brands back in the day when I was first getting into makeup. We know how I get on the nostalgia train sometimes and The Balm has always absolutely killed it with packaging. This is the Schwing eyeliner. I've been trying to perfect this wing for many, many years so this was one of the first liners that I ever tried. Trying it again as an adult, I am split very 50-50. It dries down pretty quickly. It is definitely black and matte and my hands are shaky but it is easy to get that precise line. Because this is so matte, the formula is like a lot thicker and it almost seems goopy sometimes and can be hard to work with. You definitely have to, like, shake it. The formula can kind of pill up on itself. I notice sometimes it's so matte that it'll kind of flake off on itself at all but I do not think I am ever going to repurchase it again. It was fun to give another shot though.

This Balm Cosmetics eyeliner is amazing. I am obsessed with it. I do winged liners almost every single day and what I love about this eyeliner is this nice thin felt tip. It's a great black eyeliner and it's really buildable so you can do a nice light line or thick line and it's just super buildable.

Okay, I promise I am not exaggerating when I say this, but if I could use one eyeliner for the rest of my life It would be this one. It's the Balm's Schwing black liquid eyeliner, and if you're a matte eyeliner person like I am I'm telling you This is the best it gets. Super pointy felt tip. Boom look how opaque that is I'm gonna put on my eyes so you can see exactly what I'm talking about. Like are you joking me? You need her trust me

Hello, Flippers! Today I'm going to be reviewing the Schwing eyeliner. It's what I'm wearing right now by the Balm Cosmetics and I'm going to give you a mini eyeliner tutorial. So let's get into it. I usually start off where the end of my lash line ends on the bottom and then just create a little tiny flick like this and start with lining the natural shape of my actual lash line. And then just bringing it in to meet up with that little line that I made. And then you have like a little triangle and then I like to just fill that in. And then once you get your little wing there, you can bring it in as far as you want. I hope that was helpful. What I like to do to add more eyeliner to make your wing more dramatic, obviously start off small and then build it from there. I then go over from the inner corner and then kind of start to make my line thicker but always coming back to connect with that first little flick that you made. And hopefully it works!

Okay so this is the Swing Eyeliner by the Balm Cosmetics. It is a liquid liner. It's only $12.50 and the way that it goes on is so smooth. It has a thin applicator brush so you can get really nice wings from applying it and I love the consistency of it. It's perfect for doing a winged look.
