Morning Breath is actually the worst, and all the other mouthwashes I've tried have just been too alcohol-y for my mouth. I wanted clean breath without the stinging sensation after. I've tried this for a week now, and I am genuinely so glad I got it. If you use it in the night, you swish it around your mouth for one minute, then you spit it out, gargle for 30 seconds, and you are set until the next morning.
