This anti-anxiety journal is the best journal I've had for my anxiety. It's helpful to know that this was made by therapists, and all the information in it is super up-to-date, and it uses cognitive behavioral therapy. I love how the chapters are laid out, and it explains why you are doing what you are doing before you practice it, and some tips. You can draw in it, write down your problems for the day, and circle how you're feeling. So if you're hunting for the perfect journal for your anxiety, this one's it.

I'm not really sure where this anti-insomnia book has been all my life, but it's honestly helped me so much And I'm just in my first week. This book was made to record your sleep at night to better improve your sleep overall using cognitive Behavioral therapy or CPT. It basically just helps eliminate harmful patterns. This is me doing my sleep log right now It's an 11 question and answer entry. I really love journaling, but sometimes when my depression is really bad, if I journal without any sort of structure, it can just kind of make me feel worse.
