I was trying today cat's perfect eye stick. I applied it on under eye area and a little bit of top of the lids. Help to spread it with my fingers. The stick helps with tired and puffy eyes and making the skin really smooth so it's amazing under the concealer. Let's see in two minutes result. Wow! The skin looking gorgeous.
