There was a time in the ‘90s when darkness was all the rage and pink had a bad rep. Enter Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson. Unimpressed and distressed by the too-serious-state of the cosmetics industry, they longed to start a company that brought back unapologetic glamour and femininity. Inspired by a love of Paris, unabashed girliness and the transformative power of cosmetics, they created Too Faced, a boutique brand with big dreams. Today, Too Faced has grown into a leader within the beauty industry, creating innovative cruelty-free cosmetics that women love to wear.

With Jeremy as CEO/Action Man and Jerrod as Chief Creative Officer/Dreamer, their rebellious spirit, visionary focus and unexpected humor define the brand to this day.


ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

Too Faced Co-Founders, Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson, got their start behind the department store makeup counter. Jerrod worked at the Estée Lauder counter and Jeremy also spent time at Estee Lauder, as well as Armani and Chanel. Working one-on-one with clients allowed both of them to quickly discover the transformative power makeup had on women. Their vision was to create a makeup line that would celebrate individuality and inject joy back into an industry that had become rigidly led by rules, not fun. With a credit card, a laser-like focus, and a dream to celebrate and empower women, Too Faced was born in 1998.

Today, Jeremy is still initiating new business strategies while Jerrod is continuously inspired to create innovative new products. Too Faced is sold in more than 30 countries and is one of the top-selling brands everywhere it is sold.

Unboxing Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Natural Bronzer

This is the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Natural Chocolate Cocoa Infused Healthy Glow Bronzer in the shade Golden Cocoa. First of all, how cute is this packaging? I love that it's pink. Too Faced always has the cutest packaging. I just love it. Secondly, the color of this bronzer is just perfection. I feel like it mimics that perfect been-in-the-sun bronze. It's not too warm. It's also not cool. It's just beautiful. Here it is on one side and one without. Now on both sides. I just feel like it's so beautiful. This is my new go-to bronzer.

Talk about the Too Faced chocolate bronzer. I have been loving this bronzer lately part of it is because of the packaging look How beautiful this is there's literally a heart on it, and it smells amazing and it actually does its job, so We love that and it also still smells like chocolate when you put it on your face So we love that, but I wanted to show y'all how it looks so I'm just applying it Kind of went a little heavy right there, but that's okay like this blends So beautiful, and it's also really natural looking So I really really like it definitely going to be adding this to my makeup routine We're gonna blend it a little bit more. I need to soft hand so that is why My makeup doesn't exactly match, but that's okay. I will do that tonight, but Love this bronzer at 10 out of 10 recommend because it smells amazing and it works great And I just promise you will not be disappointed. Bye guys

I like this blush so much I had to show it to you. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I wanted to make sure that I really get the feel of what it is and what I like about it. So first of all it's a mauve-y shade. They went viral for their hot pink shade but at the end of the day, pink is just not for me. I want to love all the viral pink shades but I always feel like I like something in more of a coral or a mauve-y tone instead. This is super gorgeous, low contrast but offers enough color. I love it. I'm obsessed with this blush.

I kept telling myself I did not need another blush in my collection, but when I saw these start to go viral, I was so intrigued. These are the Too Faced Cloud Blurring Blushes and I got the shade Velvet Crush. It's a beautiful peachy pink color and I do appreciate that these don't have a ton of pigment off the bat. You do have to build it up slightly, which I like because you can get your desired amount of pigment if you want an everyday look or a little more intense. I'm not saying you need another blush, but if you're looking for something nice and neutral for every day, this might be it. you

I'm gonna end with this Too Faced Cloud Crushing Blush. This has a cocoa scent to it, and it helps to blur out any imperfections, so it's very forgiving when you put this on. It's sheer, but buildable. It's just really pretty. Let me show you. This is in the shade Velvet Crush, by the way. So I'm gonna show you something that I saw. It's a time-saving technique. Apply it on your cheeks, and then we're gonna go along in a circular motion, and this just applies a blush and a semi-eyeshadow at the same time. Apparently, this is something that they've done in the 70s before, which is really cool. So I kinda concentrated more on the outside and went in this way. You have your blush and your eyeshadow done. Put on some mascara and some lip, and you're good. I like this.

And the most beautiful packaging award goes to Too Faced. This is their new Moon Crush Out of This World Highlighter in the shade Summer Moon. It's stunning you guys, are you ready? Here is the shade on the inside. It is the most beautiful peachy bronze and it was something that was super unique and I wanted to try because I feel like I don't have anything like this in my collection. So I'm going to apply it with a super precise brush and let's go. Whoa, it kind of looks like a flame because it has kind of like that rose tint to it. I'm also just blending it in carefully to my blush and also going to put above the brow slightly. I'm obsessed with that, that is such a gorgeous highlighter. I love the impact it gives. It reminds me of fire, like a firework on your cheek. This one is really cool and unlike anything I have. So 10 out of 10, I'm in love.

One of the standout features of this blush is its buildable formula. It doesn't have an overwhelming amount of pigment right off the bat, allowing you to control the intensity of the color. Whether you prefer a subtle everyday look or a more intense finish, this blush can cater to your desired level of pigment.
