Megan applies the lip gloss to their lips with nothing else on them and lets it sit for 5 to 10 minutes until it stops tingling. After the tingling stops, Megan wipes off the lip gloss with a tissue and is left with a pouty look. Megan then applies their normal lip product on top and the look is complete. Megan states that it looks like they got lip filler without anyone knowing.
