This is the Too Faced Primed and Poreless Pore Banishing and Blurring Face Primer. The consistency is very smooth, it's lightweight. However, the formula is mattifying. So if you have dry skin, this may make you look super dry and not dewy or give you that glowy look you're looking for. Since it's summertime, my skin is dry, so it's not really working for me right now. But I do like the formula, it's just not for my skin type. If you have oily skin, this would be perfect for you.
