If I were ever to give a lipstick a 10 out of 10, it would have to be this Too Fun by Too Faced. First of all, look at how cute the packaging is. I mean, that definitely counts for something. But also the lipstick itself is more of a balmy, glossy finish, which is what I personally like, especially when it comes to a red lip, because I feel like red lips are just kind of high maintenance and you always worry about it. You just feel like you have to be too precious with it. So this, I just kind of honestly slap on and look at how, I mean, this is all I have on right now. And look at how glossy and pretty and balmy it is. Gorgeous. And I would probably pair it with a lip liner when I go to wear it out, but I've been wearing it, I've worn it a few times and it's just so comfortable. And like I said, it's easy to wear, which I feel like is maybe the number one thing with a red lip. So Too Femme by Too Faced, 10 out of 10.
