Today I'm trying out the Tower 28 lip jelly. This is in the shade spicy. I love the applicator, it's super flat. And the lip gloss itself is sheer, which is great if you want to do like a gradient lip. I'm testing out this lip jelly to see if it makes my color underneath bleed onto my skin. So stay tuned for those results. It feels so lightweight on the lips, I'm obsessed. Oh my god. So this was right after applying, as you can see no bleeding, and this was about an hour in. I love this lip jelly.

I am so excited that Tower 28 is now available on Flip. I'm already a huge fan of the Shine On Lip Jelly Formula, and I was really happy to pick it up in this red shade called Spicy. It's unlike any other color I have. Love it.

This is a sheer kind of red, but it does build up pigment or you can absolutely sheer it out. I really love this formula and this fun pop of color. So good. Hey guys, let's try out some lip products. So the first one I have here is the Tower 28 Lip Jelly and this is in the color Spicy. Let's see what it looks like. It is a lovely bright red. We're gonna open it up. We got a nice doe foot applicator and let's try this out. Very red. I have another Tower 28 Lip Jelly and I know I like that one. So I like the consistency and I really like this color. It's like a nice just neutral red color. It's like if you don't want to wear bright red lipstick you can use this instead. So overall I really like this color. It looks good.

Hi everyone, Black Matter here. Today I will be discussing the Tower 28 Shine On Lip Jelly in the color Spicy. This looks so cute in its packaging and the color is really pretty. This is the applicator and here it is on really pigmented. Very easy to put on. It feels like an oil-based product so it's not exactly weightless but it does kind of feel that way. Comfortable to wear and it feels really moisturizing for what it is. So if you like some really juicy lips for the summer, go with this one.

This is the lip jelly gloss from Tower 28 in the shade Spicy. And like all my reveals, I have the three little crowns and I rate the products in the end. Let's try it on. I'm obsessed with red, cannot longer wait. It's so pigmented! It's absolutely gorgeous. How something can be this gorgeous and not sticky at all? Tower 28 glosses are amazing. I'm obsessed with like that, but I also want to see how it's going to look like on top of a red lipstick. Let's do that. Let me show you guys a close up before I do that though. Look at this. So juicy! Red lip on. Now let's put the gloss. I'm so excited. Oh my gosh. I'm feeling so powerful right now. It's gold. Okay, it's gold. Candy Apple Lips are the new showstopper. Here's how I achieve the look with Tower 28. Start with a clean canvas, so dab some concealer over your lips. Then use a sharp lip pencil in a red-orange color. I like using a similar lipstick and apply with a brush. This keeps me from over-applying and keep within the lines. If you make any mistakes, just grab your concealer and clean out any excess for main character energy. I like the lip jelly in the color Spicy. I'm obsessed. Just apply over your lips for that glossy, juicy, shiny effect. I mean, this takes your red lips to the next level. That's it. Voila. You have Candy Apple Lips.
