I thought people were overhyping this Shine On Lip Jelly from Tower 28, but I tried it and verdict is in, this stuff is definitely worth the hype. It has the best texture, it's not sticky, it has the perfect amount of shine, great wear, love the applicator. This is really pretty on its own, but it's also really pretty if you layer it over a nude that's just like a little bit too brown for you. It adds that little flush of warmth that's going to really brighten it up and look so flattering. I am really a big fan of these lip jellies.
