So I've been trying out this concealer from Tower 28 for the past few days and by now I think I have a good enough feel for it to share my thoughts. First, this concealer has a lengthy list of beneficial ingredients including hyaluronic acid, centella extract, lysine, and caffeine which is great for the under eyes. The color I use is 2.0 BU which is described as having cool rosy undertones but to my eye this color is very very neutral and doesn't lean pink nor yellow. I really like this concealer because it covers up my dark under eyes and I can use it on the rest of my face without it looking super heavy. The finish of this concealer isn't a flat matte or super dewy, it's right in the middle and it just looks incredibly skin-like. This concealer will crease if it isn't set properly so if you are someone who prefers not setting their under eyes I think you'll probably be very disappointed in this concealer but once I set my under eyes the concealer is very secure and only creases in my main big crease and not in all of my smile lines after my face was moving for the whole day. What Kenzie loves most about this concealer is its ability to effectively cover up her dark under eyes without feeling heavy on the rest of her face. The finish of the concealer falls right in the middle, not overly matte or dewy, resulting in a natural, skin-like appearance. However, Kenzie advises that proper setting is crucial to prevent creasing. If you prefer not to set your under eyes, this concealer may not be the best choice for you.
