I like this so much I got it twice. I purchased it the first time and then I got it as a freebie the second time and I love it. It has a nice bevel to it and I love that you have different shapes on different sides and different ways that you can hold it. You use it to stimulate the fascia on your skin or break up anything that might be stuck, but my favorite thing is using it as the little point for acupressure massage and you can use it as a gua sha, you can use it to massage little points. It just is excellent. I got a second one so I could keep one in the bathroom and then keep one at my desk. I end up using it in both of those places a lot.
