It does say you have to take three capsules a day and that's with or without food. I think it's great that you get that instruction because sometimes medications can upset your stomach. The capsules are pretty large, so three a day is a little bit to swallow, but I'll keep taking them and report back.

This is something everybody needs to have. It has sleep, mellow, matcha, mushrooms, medium, strong, and extra strong. Just little packets of liquid. They are vegan and dairy free and eco-friendly.
