I finally caved and got this truff set. I love to cook so I'm always excited to try new things. This is the black truffle set and today I tried the infused olive oil. There are a bunch of recipes on the truff website to show you how to use their products. Football season is around the corner and we host a lot of football Sundays so I chose this one which is potato skins. The recipe took a while from start to finish but it was definitely worth it. I only used a little bit of the truff and I feel like it really elevated the recipe. I would recommend going on the website before you order anything because these come in black truffle oil and white truffle oil. I'm a big fan so far and I'm excited to try the other products.
