The truth about toothbrush. You know that I said that I loved it last week, and I did! It's super cute, it's made from bamboo, it's like 100% compostable, but it's medium bristle. It's too rough on my gum. It feels not even like medium, it feels very rough. If you need a soft bristle like me, this is not the toothbrush for you.

Truth time with truth brush. This is a beautiful bamboo truth brush. I love that it's 100% recyclable. I threw my plastic one out right away, but in all honesty, it had a little bit of a taste, so you're going to want to wash it first. After that, it does a great job cleaning.

Dr. Nativ here reviewing yet another toothbrush. This one is from Truth. It's called the Truth Brush. It has really great packaging, beautiful toothbrush. I really, really wanted to love this one. Unfortunately, it has medium bristles, which means that it's just too harsh for your teeth. It is going to wear your teeth down. It's going to wear your gums down. It's not safe to use. This company does have a soft bristle toothbrush. I wish they would only have soft bristles. There is no reason why any company should be making medium strength toothbrushes. They're just too harsh for your teeth and they don't remove any more than a soft toothbrush bristle would. So avoid this one specifically. Only get the soft strength bristles.

Here I have the Bamboo Toothbrush by the brand Truthbrush. It's $6 which I thought was reasonably priced and I really, really wanted to like this because it's eco-friendly and it has a wave on the bristles which is beneficial for hard to reach places. The reason why I don't like this and I really won't be using it much is because the bristles are hard and I saw a video by Dr. Nativ who is a dentist and she said that it's very abrasive on your teeth. So I probably won't be using this as a toothbrush but I did see other people using it as a lip scrub so I think I'm going to use it as that rather than a toothbrush.
