So this is the Adult Bristle Toothbrush from Truthbrush, and this is an updated review. I got this about two weeks ago, and I've been using it every day since, and the quality of the toothbrush is still impressive. You can see it's a bit faded up here, because obviously I've been dipping it in water and sticking it in my mouth, but the bristles feel like I'm getting a better clean, and they are available in soft and medium bristles, and this is great because it's biodegradable, vegan, and sustainable. It is a bit pricey for a single toothbrush. You can get a four-pack at Target for cheaper, but I do love that it comes in color coatings. You can get one for yourself, and you can get one for your entire family and feel good about using a toothbrush.

I love that it's vegan and sustainable so I've been trying to make little switches for a more sustainable lifestyle and I think this is a great start and it is the same size as a normal toothbrush but it doesn't have the ergonomic handle but it's still very lightweight and easy to use. It does come in soft and medium bristles and the bristles do feel firmer so I feel like I'm getting a better clean but the handle is smoothened bamboo and it seems very well made. It is a little bit more expensive for a single toothbrush. This is six dollars but I think at Target you can get like a four pack of these for maybe four dollars but otherwise I think this is super cute and I love that it comes in four different colors. I have white so it's super minimal and simple.

Okay, so this is the Truth Brush toothbrush. It's kind of a tongue twister. Super cute. It's bamboo, has the coloring right here, and I think they had a pink one. And yeah, so let's give it a go. Also I am traveling right now. Normally I use an electric toothbrush, but when I travel I like to bring something easy like this. Also interesting fact, last week I was watching the live show for Dr. Nina, who's a dentist, and she said that you should only apply a very thin amount, I think even that is too much of toothpaste, which was absolutely mind-blowing for me because I'm still packing it on. But she said that this amount is all you actually need. So let's give it a go. Okay so I thought it did a good job. Pretty happy. My teeth are clean, as you can see.
