Hey there! So I recently picked up this awesome electrolyte drink mix called Hydration Boost by VenturePal and I gotta tell you, it's been a game changer. When it comes to staying hydrated, this is my go-to. It's super simple to prepare. Just tear open the packet, pour it into a glass of water, give it a quick stir and voila! The lemon flavor is so refreshing. It's not overpowering or artificial. I love it.

Okay, so we're gonna taste test this now. This is what the packet looks like. Um, it says to put it with 16 ounces. Oh, it smells good. I always smell things before I tried them. Um, anyways, this is a 32 ounce water bottle, but it says to do it to however much you really want. It doesn't matter for whatever kind of taste you're wanting. Gotta make sure it's mixed up. Taste test. It's good, but I do think I need to mix that more. Okay, let's see. Okay, it tastes really good, especially if you like lemon stuff. Anyways, I do recommend.

I struggle staying hydrated which is why I am now adding electrolytes to my water from VenturePal. The lemon ones taste just like Sprite and each stick has five vitamins and seven electrolytes per serving. This is perfect for helping someone like me drink more water and achieve a balanced lifestyle.

So excited about this one because I'm honestly a little dehydrated and these are hydration boost little like on the go packets. I love these because there's no added sugar like a power aid and I feel like an adult because you're not drinking Pedialyte. But I'm about to go on a hike and I feel like I'm a little dehydrated so I'm gonna add this, shake it up and I should be good to go.
