Hi guys, I'm Allie and this is my first review. Today I am giving my review on the BioEvolve Probiotic. I chose this product because I was recently diagnosed with Crohn's disease and I've been looking for something to kind of help balance my gut biome. And so I thought this might be a good start. I've only been taking this for a few days and I have to say that today I woke up feeling a little bit less bloated, not so much the tummy cramping, and just overall feeling a little bit more energetic. I will share more later on maybe on this product, but so far I really like it and I recommend it.

So this is veracity's probiotic and what I love about this probiotic specifically, it is not only it works as a probiotic but it also balances out your hormones. So as a woman that is so important to me because I've had so many issues with balancing out my hormone. So I highly recommend if you want to help two problems at once.

I got myself these detox dietary supplements because I firmly believe in taking care of your body from the outside with moisturizing all those things as well as from the inside hydrating with lots of water and then this these are special I don't think I've ever seen any hormone detoxing pills these detox your body of toxins and hormones that cause breakouts and hair thinning. Genius!

Reviews on supplements are really hard because I can't really show you how they work. So you're just gonna have to believe me that when I tell you that ever since taking these androgen detox supplements I have not had a single single breakout. The reason why these work so well is they have three main botanicals that detox your body from excess hormones that cause breakouts, hair loss, as well as unwanted random hair growth that women in their 30s experience Y'all know what I'm talking about. Balance sebum in your skin which will reduce the breakouts and abnormal hair growth as well as hair thinning. Offers natural PCOS which regulates natural menstruation, will support your fertility if that's what you're looking for, will also help fight acne and weight gain. Reduces inflammation in the body due to hormone overload. What's up flippers? So today I'm uploading my first ever flip review. I'm going to be talking about the Vital Cortisol Calming Supplement by Verocity. It's basically supposed to help if you have high cortisol which can affect your energy among other things. For me personally that's what I chose to take this for. This is a 30 day supply. Literally just got it. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm really excited to take one to two times per day and it's got 60 capsules in here so you can decide for yourself how much you really need. But definitely talk to your doctor about your cortisol levels or do research before you start any supplement.

So the next thing on my Christmas personal gift list was the Verocity Vital Cortisol Calming Dietary Supplement. So I had purchased this other one, the Vital Androgen Detox, thinking it was the cortisol one, but this one really helped me and I was like, oh I have to get the other one. So here it is. It is something that helps calm your cortisol levels and stress. So I work in a very stressful environment and I noticed that it was affecting my sleep, it was affecting my eating, it was affecting my weight, my hair, my skin, everything. This is supposed to fix that and kind of level out your hormones. And so far, so good. I will keep you guys posted, but I am totally on board with Verocity. Thank you. Thank you for these amazing supplements.

So, I got some of this Veracity Vital Cortisol Calming Dietary Supplement and I feel like this is the kind of thing that's really tough to review just because it's kind of working behind the scenes for you, but so far I really like it. I've been taking it for about a week and I've been taking it with some other supplements that typically make me feel kind of jittery or just like put my system in overdrive and I feel like this has been really balancing it out nicely and yeah, I believe in it. I love it.

just getting on here real quick to do a review for the Vital Stability D-E- no wait D-H-E-A, Veracity Self-Care Supplement. I did try this I got it for free the last time I got my flip box. It seemed, I don't know, I don't know what it's supposed to do exactly. I've taken it a few times but not consistently. I will try to be more consistent and let you know, give you an update later. I've been using these products for about two weeks. I feel like I've seen a difference in my skin and mood. The only thing is that if you forget to take them I do get a headache when I don't take them.
