What's up flippers? So today I'm uploading my first ever flip review. I'm going to be talking about the Vital Cortisol Calming Supplement by Verocity. It's basically supposed to help if you have high cortisol which can affect your energy among other things. For me personally that's what I chose to take this for. This is a 30 day supply. Literally just got it. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm really excited to take one to two times per day and it's got 60 capsules in here so you can decide for yourself how much you really need. But definitely talk to your doctor about your cortisol levels or do research before you start any supplement.

So the next thing on my Christmas personal gift list was the Verocity Vital Cortisol Calming Dietary Supplement. So I had purchased this other one, the Vital Androgen Detox, thinking it was the cortisol one, but this one really helped me and I was like, oh I have to get the other one. So here it is. It is something that helps calm your cortisol levels and stress. So I work in a very stressful environment and I noticed that it was affecting my sleep, it was affecting my eating, it was affecting my weight, my hair, my skin, everything. This is supposed to fix that and kind of level out your hormones. And so far, so good. I will keep you guys posted, but I am totally on board with Verocity. Thank you. So, I got some of this Veracity Vital Cortisol Calming Dietary Supplement and I feel like this is the kind of thing that's really tough to review just because it's kind of working behind the scenes for you, but so far I really like it. I've been taking it for about a week and I've been taking it with some other supplements that typically make me feel kind of jittery or just like put my system in overdrive and I feel like this has been really balancing it out nicely and yeah, I believe in it. I love it.
