This also has heat protectant in it I'm spraying it from root to tip while my hair is damp Making sure to brush it through and then just going in with the blow dryer and styling it I feel like next time I will use a little more product to give that more glass like effect But so far this has left my hair feeling really nice and soft shiny and smooth These sprays are it right now.
