If you have dry itchy scalp, then you need a shower filter. I use VitaCleanz. It's triple filtered and it captures things like minerals, sediment, buildup like pipe rust and nasty stuff that come out of your shower. It has completely changed the health of my scalp and has helped my hair grow.
