I'm going to tell you why I bought these instead of the Flatter Me vitamins from Hum. Hum is a great brand, do not get me wrong. I've heard awesome things and I still want to try some of their products. But when it came between this and their Flatter Me, I had to go with this because Flatter Me has rice bran in it and I'm allergic to rice. Rice causes awful cystic acne and I didn't want to take that chance. Even if it's just a minuscule little bit, rice does not agree with my body at all. This only has four ingredients that I can clearly read and if I ever decide to be a farmer and grow it in my backyard, I can make these myself. It literally only has organic ginger, organic peppermint, organic sweet fennel, vegan capsule seeds, and nothing else.

I've mentioned it before, I'm a bodybuilder, I used to be a personal trainer, I don't typically show off my physique, but I felt like this was the only way to get your guys' attention about stuff like this. This stuff is great for digestion. I know why the majority of you guys are buying stuff like this, or like the Hum Flatter Me, and it's because you're self-conscious of that lower tummy pooch. It's not going to get rid of that. I have a lower tummy pooch right now, I have a whole handful. The only reason that she goes away is when I'm dehydrated and I'm about to step on stage, and it hurts. It feels like my belly button is trying to eat my spine, and it's not a good time. This stuff will not help with that. It will help with your digestion, but it will not help with this. This is meant to be there. Love her. She is your friend.

Hello everyone, I wanted to give an update about my tumor pills that I got from flip. I have been using them every day I've been very consistent actually comes with a lot 60 capsules. Hi, so after I have a baby, for some reason my energy is like so low. And like, you know when my husband wants to go out, have fun, go to the movies or the park or you know, just anything, even just going to the groceries, I'm like, I'll go with you. But I just want to go home and sleep. And I can never ever get enough sleep so I decided to try this. It's energy booster and I think you're supposed to take twice a day.
