It also comes with a little booklet so you know exactly what to do with each thing. First, you dry brush, then you grab the activator and rub that in. Next, you grab the oil, which will help with the gua sha. And please, please, please be careful when doing this. It is very easy to bruise yourself. I did bruise myself the first time. But overall, amazing quality and worth the price.
