So I am loving my new Gua Sha stone. I am all into these ancient Chinese ritual. Depending on where you're at in your body, this particular on my arms, I'm going to be going up. Every time I grab it, it's cool. It does warm up once you start to use it. Initial run, it's always pretty cool. You'll use this with some oil on your face so you have some slip or you can just use it and kind of press into certain areas. But don't drag it across your face.

This white jade facial cupping lumen mushroom is like a gua sha but a hundred times better. It's made out of white jade which is a really cooling stone so it's amazing for de-puffing and calming the skin. This is also great for lymphatic drainage for massaging and reducing tension in the face and bringing fresh oxygen to your blood which is great for anti-aging and overall promoting healthy skin. I am obsessed with this.
