I have to show you guys my new wellness favorite. It's a game changer. So I used to do dry needling a lot, so I found something that's a little bit better. This acupuncture mat. It's just this little mat, just big enough for like your midsection, and then there's this that goes under your neck, and it actually has like little spikes. But it's like so, so good for you to do acupuncture or dry needling, and this is like a really great way you could do it from home. okay so this acupressure mat might be the solution to my chronical shoulder and back pain this is my day three using it and i've actually never felt this better on my shoulder i feel like some sort of weight is off and it warms up the body in a way it's like uh blood circulation is better it might be a little expensive but you can use it for so many different positions you can use it for your thigh tension you can use back of your feet for your overall improvement it is definitely worth it
