Don't do that. That's not how you're supposed to use this. Cupping part two. Benefit. This is the face cupping kit from Within, same company that creates this body cupping kit. Everything that I'm sharing with you is from the blog of this brand. First thing is that it promotes circulation. So because it's using suction to tug on the skin and the muscle tissue, muscle, muscle, muscle tissue, it's gonna increase the blood flow. Another way that I really liked how it was described was as a reverse massage. So if you think of massage as like pressing into the muscle, the cups are pulling on the muscle. A lot of athletes use cupping therapy to help with their muscle recovery. And I'm pretty sure that is because of the, excuse me, increased blood flow from the suction.

Here, press it down. Hope for the best. Wait, wait, wait. Yeah, that's on there. It's like way easier to use than I had thought. Like the design is really thoughtful. Alright, we're doing it. You see here? We're doing it. All right. To take it off, it says to just wiggle the skin around it. You see we got some pulling up here. We didn't leave it on long enough to actually get anything happening, but comes off easy. Pressing the skin just around it. Gotcha.

For sure, make life a little bit better than it already is.

Okay, does anybody else get creeped out by the Prop 65 labels? It always concerns me when there's a Prop 65 label on a product, especially a supplement. Now I know there are more strict regulations in other states than my own, but I'm not sure why this product would have Prop 65. So that would require some additional investigation, but let me tell you more about this product. So this is by Within. They have a lot of beauty supplements. This one is Daily Glow, so it's for beauty and anti-aging. It's got pearl powder, rose hips, and I believe a mushroom in it too. I've taken it a little bit. I can't give you the full assessment. It does have ginseng in it, which I came to see later, which doesn't seem to respond to my body super well. So definitely take a look at the ingredients. But this brand also has an acupuncture mat that I think would be really cool to try out. So I think overall they stand for really clean ingredients. But with that being said, you'd have to do a little bit more investigation about the Prop 65 wording.

With these, they don't have melatonin in them. It's ashwagandha root and passion flower. And what's really nice is that with melatonin, you naturally kind of build up a tolerance for it. With these, it's not like that. I have used ashwagandha root in the past, so I figured this was gonna be pretty good. And it is, it's really nice and I really like it. So if you're fighting a head cold like me and wanna go more of like the natural route of things and use some herbal supplements, I definitely go for these guys. Thanks.
