One, clean your ear with alcohol wipe or some sort to make sure there's no gunk left on your ear so it sticks as long as it's possible. Step two, use a tweezer that's included in a box to peel it off. Don't use your fingers. So in my case, I want to improve my shoulder pain so I'm going to place it right here. I also wanted to achieve detox so I placed it right in the middle of the ear. Wow, isn't that so pretty? You know what this is? It's like a tooth gem for your ears but it's actually beneficial to you so win-win.
