Hello, I'm Riley Johnson and I'm here to try the Yes Bar. I'm a certified picky eater, so I always have my doubts that I will like anything new that I try. So with the first bite of this, I was actually quite confused because I don't know what I thought this would taste like, but it wasn't what it did taste like. It kind of tastes like oats, and if you like granola and stuff like that, I feel like you'd like this. But anyways, you can see me kind of considering, kind of like, well, I don't hate it, so I'll take a second bite, trying to figure out if it's any good. I didn't get any chocolate in my first two bites, but I did decide that I liked it, so there we go. Yep, stamp of approval from the picky eater. And this is just proof that I continued to eat it afterwards. I was confused about what the green things in it were. I think they're macadamia nuts, but anyways, this is just proof that I continued to eat it and I liked it enough to keep eating it. So yeah, I finished it. And then, of course, I recruited my napkin to help me, and she said there were not enough leftovers.

You're gonna wanna say yes to the Yes Bar. This is a protein bar with six grams of plant protein and three grams of dietary fiber, so let's give it a try. Okay, so I ordered the Yes Bar. Actually like this packaging. I really like Clif Bars, so I'm feeling this might be similar to it, but let's see. Okay, so this is the size. I feel like it's actually pretty good. If you had no snacks for the rest of the day, you definitely wanna get your protein in and need a quick bite. Definitely going to fill you up. I would put it in line with Clif Bars. I think it's pretty good. This is the peanut butter dark chocolate. If you're looking for a good protein bar, I recommend.

If you're looking for a new breakfast start, look no further. These Yes Bars are so scrumptious and delicious. The peanut butter and dark chocolate is my favorite. With 6 grams of plant-based protein, macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews, these are a healthy way to start the day.

Okay, I'm really impressed. I wasn't sure what I was going to get with these Yes Bars. They're gluten free, vegan, paleo, no refined sugar, and they're just all clean ingredients with seeds, nuts, coconut butter, ground flax, and sea salt. I got the salted maple pecan. It is really good. It's very nutty with a very subtle sweetness to it. It just has maple syrup as your added sugar. So no refined sugars and this will make a great little afternoon snack in between lunch and dinner when you're got a little hunger. This will hit the spot.

Okay, if you listen close enough, you can hear my son crying. I try to put him down for now I need to eat. I have a zillion things to do. It is crazy, which is why I am such a fan of these bars So I'm going to show you what these are. So they only come with pure ingredients It's almonds cashews maple syrup sunflower seeds macadamia nuts pumpkin seeds coconut butter pecans blah blah blah. You can read the label There's only a few more items. It's 220 calories. So it is a fantastic snack. There are three grams of fiber Six grams of sugar and five grams of proteins too. So it makes a fantastic snack and best of all, they are so tasty they're vegan brain free Look at that so sweet But not unhealthy. I mean kind of tastes like caramel pecan pie Definitely get your hands on these

Time for a little post Pilates snack. I am so excited about these yes bars. This is the flavor salted maple pecan and I love these bars because they are vegan gluten-free all-natural. They don't have any added sugar so it's like a healthy little snack throughout your day. I've never tried this flavor though so honest review. Oh my gosh there's seriously no sugar in this. It's so good. It's literally sweetened with maple syrup and that's it. This is amazing. This is such a good snack. It has five grams of plant-based protein, three grams of dietary fiber, it's fully grain-free, it's paleo, it's vegan. There's nothing not to love about it and it's the perfect little snack for your day. I love this. This is like so good. I just need to go eat this.

This channel is not about fake reviews. It's about real reviews. Do not waste your money on this stuff. I didn't know that it had seed oils in it, for one thing, but it has sunflower oil. If you don't know about seed oils, they're highly inflammatory. So a lot of healthy things are masked as healthy when they're not, because sunflower oil is a seed oil that you should avoid. Not only that, but these do not taste good. So they kind of taste like they would be good for maybe breakfast if you're on the go. I just had my husband eat them because I couldn't even stand them. They were not good. I just put them in his lunches. I was not a fan, not a fan. So I'm not gonna lie to you and give you like a fake review in case companies, you know, because this channel is about real reviews. So don't waste your money. You're welcome.
