If you want to transform your body then you need to eat more protein. I was so excited when I found this Your Super Plant Protein on Flip because I've heard amazing things. As you can see the ingredients are extremely pure. So let's test it out in a smoothie. Just a heads up it is not sweet at all so I'm going to blend it with a whole cup of fruit and then just some organic oat milk. So here's the final product. I blended it with a ton of organic fruit and I actually added a little manuka honey. There is literally no flavor in this protein which is great because it doesn't overpower whatever you're using but if you like a sweeter smoothie I definitely recommend adding like some raw honey or something in there. I'm loving how non-chalky this protein is. There's no grittiness whatsoever and it's a really clean option that won't bloat you. It'll just help you grow those muscles.
